Connector for pipe repair clamp

 Now the max. Length of our pipe repair clamp is 1m, but the damage length of pipes exceeds 1m sometimes. Especially for PE, PVC and Fibre glass pipe, the cracks grows along the axis by effect of water pressure.

Traditionally, we often change the damaged pipe. But sometimes we face some problems, e.g., there are many other pipes beside it, such as telecom pipes, sewage pipes, gas pipes, and so on; no enough space to excavation; the pipes are bend,etc. At this time the Connector is the best choice.

Operating steps:

□  Checking the length of crack, calculate the length and qty of repair clamp; mark out the connection positions of connectors.

□  Clear the damaged pipe, ensure a smooth and clean surface, coat the connector with lubricant, cover the damaged pipe with Connector on the marked position (step 1). Attention: Make the rubber joint of connector up and not on the cracks as Figure 2

□  Fix the connector with iron wire or other straps, then lock the pipe repair clamps separately, keep the space of between of two pipe repair clamps as little as possible.
