It’s the upgraded products based on CST pipe quick repair agent developed by ourselves which was added special flexible adhesive powder with special technology. The adhesion capability increased greatly. It is pollution-free, high efficient and easy to install.

2.     Features

Solidify rapidly and stop leaks immediately.

 The crystals might be automatically repairable and form permanent seal.

 It has durability and not shrink while solidification.

Allow to work with moderate water pressure.

Easy to use and Pollution-free.

Process the stronger ability of resistance for crack, leak, impact,freeze and pressure.

The bonding strength is stronger.

3.     Mechanical parameters

The initial setting time: 1-6 min

 Compressive strength:≥6.0(1h)   ≥16.0(3h)

 Bending strength: ≥1.8Pa(1h)  ≥6.0MPa(3h)

Impermeability pressure(7D): ≥1.6MPa

Bonding strength(7D): ≥1.3MPa

Thermo stability: 100℃, 5h, No cracks,peel and lost.

 After freeze-thaw cycle for 20 times, No cracks, peel and lost.

4.     Application

Used for repairing leaking or broken concrete pipe, cast iron pipe,ductile iron pipe, steel pipe and plastic pipe (clear surface of damage pipe firstly).

5.     Packing and the expiry time

Packed by plastic bag and sealed in plastic bucket. 5kgs/bucket,10kgs/bucket, 20kgs/bucket, etc.

Stored in dry place, the expiry time is 3 years.
